Intermediate 1 5th - 7th

This is a small group training session for athletes in  5th-7th grade. Some basketball experience is needed to join.  With areas of focus including:

•Fundamentals - Ball handling, shooting, passing etc.  

•Proper shooting form 

•Isolation attack moves & counters

•Secondary moves to attack help defenders 

•Game scenario reads & react

•Access to the CTB content library for homework to solidify skills taught
